About the Programme
The Business Psychology study programme has been designed to educate young psychologists who will be able to respond to the challenges of the modern business environment. The quality of this study programme was verified by the accreditation commissions, but also by many professional organizations which recognized the potential and applied knowledge provided by the programme, giving the young psychologists a chance to start their careers in successful companies.
The Faculty of Law and Business Studies Dr Lazar Vrkatić is the first accredited private faculty in Serbia. The Business Psychology study programme was accredited in 2009, and after the end of the first cycle, it was successfully re-accredited in 2013, thus proving its quality.
The skills acquired by the Business Psychology students are also recognized on the labour market, since many students have been offered a job during their practice in an organization.
Many of our students have also continued their graduate studies abroad. Scholarships for MA studies in Human Resources, Marketing Psychology, Psychotherapy, Neuroscience and School Psychology at prestigious universities worldwide confirm the high-quality education gained at the FLV.
We at the FLV believe in our motto “Creating high-quality education together”. We see our students not as numbers, but as young people whose potentials are to be recognized and developed. Our students are encouraged not to be passive receivers of knowledge, but to actively pursue it.
The FLV diploma means more than just exams – it is a guarantee that students are well-equipped to cope with the challenges of the profession.
Why enrol at the business psychology study programme?
- Because quality is recognized! The students have assessed the professionalism, accessibility and overall quality of our teaching staff with an average grade of 4.80 out of a maximum of 5.

Our graduate students work in organizations such as: Vega IT, Coca-Cola, British American Tobacco, PanonIT, Eipix, Agro Grnja, Pegasus, OTP Bank, Enterijer Janković, Infostud, Children's Home ... as well as in primary and secondary schools in Serbia, universities and clinics.
- Because people matter! We provide our students with the knowledge and skills that will help them work with people.
- Because knowledge means success! Students acquire skills and applied knowledge outside classrooms, in successful companies, agencies, schools and social care institutions which we cooperate with.
- Because to have business skills is to have an advantage! The Faculty fosters a multidisciplinary approach – students learn the fundamentals of law, economics, management and foreign languages, necessary for psychologists’ active involvement in modern business settings.
- Because success means the possibility to choose! Business Psychology studies enable students to develop in a dynamic, unique and creative way, with a wide range of elective courses, and opportunities for professional improvement, research and practice.
